Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to approval by Neelpriya Enterprises LLP.
Customers may request cancellation before the product has been shipped. If the order has not entered dispatch, the request may be accepted and any eligible refund processed after deduction of applicable payment gateway or administrative charges, if any.
Orders generally cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Any exception will be subject to return policy review and logistics cost implications.
Dealership, stockist, OEM, or other bulk orders may be governed by separate purchase terms and may not be cancellable once production allocation, packing, or dispatch planning has started.
