This Return and Refund Policy governs requests related to products purchased from Neelpriya Enterprises LLP.
Eligibility for Return
Return requests may be considered only for products that are damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or found defective upon initial inspection, subject to review.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, invoice, and relevant supporting photographs or videos.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Returnable Situations
Products that have been used, mounted, altered, mishandled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, road hazards, punctures caused during use, and compatibility issues arising from incorrect customer selection are not return grounds.
Bulk or custom orders may be treated under separate commercial terms.

The customer must contact us with the order number, issue description, and supporting images or videos.
Our team will review the request and may seek additional details before approving or rejecting the claim.
If approved, return instructions will be shared with the customer.
Refunds
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method or by another mutually agreed method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking systems, payment partners, and internal verification.
Shipping, handling, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is attributable to us.
Replacement Option
In appropriate cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
